The information contained in this table are: 1) four sets of half-spaces (see Budavari et al. 2010, PASP, 122, 1375) These describe the 4 perimeters: 2 pixels outside the image edge, 2 pixels inside the image edge, 2 pixels outside a boundary a dither offset inside the image edge, and 2 pixels inside this boundary. 2) Scaling parameters for the image to scale it in the case of improving the astrometric solution for proper motion calculations (not currently used).
