TABLE MapProvenance

Describes the provenance of all averaged catalogues

In multi-epoch photometry the data can be averaged over different timescales or over a tile or other
constraints. This links the OB pawprint frames to a combined catalogue identifier which
may or may not be linked to an image.

Required constraints:
Primary key is (combicatID,catalogueID)
(catalogueID) references MapFrameStatus(catalogueID)n
(combicatID) references MapFrameStatus(catalogueID)
